Located in Berlin's Mitte, where the city rarely sleeps, Esther Perbandt shop features the designers latest collections in a particular and interesting atmosphere- just as the clothes do, the shop brings a post modern feeling in an androgin landscape- feminin details receive a modern overlook along with the men garments, all conceived in clear clean cuts. You shouldn’t expect a big display window which guides you automatically to the shop. But once you open the door with the white wooden staircase and enter the shop, you’ll find yourself rather in a gallery space than in a typical fashion store. Minimalism, art and some scruril objects like thrift wood pieces refer to the designer's very personal language. In this world Esther Perbandt presents her regular collections of women’s ready to wear de luxe, unisex styles, bags and accessories. The setting welcomes installation from contemporary artists, giving also the chance to peek inside the designer's atelier, located right behind the shop.
